I am just a girl who loves reading and talking about books
Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hossieni.
Guess what, i finally got started on Kite runner…..am still at the point before everything changed in Kabul. I gotta finish it soon, i will!!
I envy you, aki you get to experience ‘ Kite Runner’ for the first time. Its an interesting journey to Afghanistan and to the lives of those tow boys. Woi, you have a great read ahead. I know its weird to be jealous of a person reading a book that you have already read but najua you get me. Enjoy the read and then get, A thousand splendid suns after that 🙂
Yeah, i know that feeling siz!! I will definetely get A thousand splendid suns….and one my Chimamamnda. I kind of feel like am the only African who hasn’t read her books.
hehehe you do need to get Chimamand’s books. Start with Purple Hibiscus, Half of a Yellow Sun and then Americanah. All are wonderful reads.
Will do. Thank you.
