To take part all you need to do is answer the following questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

So here’s my 3 W’s for the week.

Recently Finished

I have had a busy week and only managed to read one book. Last week and part of the weekend was spent at a work retreat at a Country Lodge near Lake Naivasha. Beautiful place but there was no time to do anything else apart from work.

Here is what I read:

The Chosen Child by Linda Huber

This book is dark and intriguing at the same time. It has the perfect mix for psychological thrillers. I recommend it to all fans of this genre. My review will be up this coming Sunday.

Currently Reading

Someone must die by Sharon Potts

I am enjoying this book so far. My only issue is that I can’t seem to find enough time to read it. I hope to finish it today though.

Reading Next

Play Dead by Angela Marsons

I haven’t read any of the other books in the series but I was told that this can still be read as a standalone.

So how about you, any interesting books that you have read lately? What are you reading now? What do you plan on reading next? Feel free to leave your WWW links in the comments section.

    1. Thanks Claire. This will be my first book by her. On my way to your post now, I know I will find something yummy there and I am not talking about the books only :-)Happy reading.

    1. Other life stuff have a way of interfering with reading.I used to dream of having a job that would pay me to read books 🙂 I hope that you will enjoy Chosen Child if you get to read it. Thanks for stopping by. Happy reading.

    1. haha nice to see that I am not the only one always adding books to my never ending TBR:-) I hope that you will enjoy the two books if you get to read them. Thanks for stopping by. Heading over to your post now. Happy reading 🙂

  1. I wish my work sent me off on retreat rather than forcing me to sit in an office all day 🙂

Have to admit I haven’t heard of any of your reads this week but I’m off to investigate and probably add more to my TBR

    1. The retreats come once in a while but they are definitely a wonderful break from the desk job:-) Thanks for visiting. Happy reading 🙂

  2. I hope you get the chance to relax and read more. I understand, though, because I’ve barely been able to really read like I want to during the week. I’m gonna binge read this weekend, so I may finish at least 2 1/2.

    1. All the best, I hope that your weekend plan to read will work out. I also hope to do the same this weekend because I don’t have any travel plans. Thanks Lekeisha and happy reading 🙂

  3. That lake looks beautiful!
I can’t wait for your review of Chosen Child, I’ve been wanting to pick it up for some time now. I haven’t read Angela Marsons yet, but I only heard great things.
    Happy reading!
