Review: Everyday Prayers for Women: 365 Devotional Prayers for your Heart by Barbour Staff

365 Daily Prayers for Your Heart

This unique daily devotional-like volume features timeless prayers and scripture selections that will touch your heart. Each day’s reading is complemented by a lovely, full-color design in a beautiful package. Everyday Prayers for Women promises to be an endless source of encouragement and blessing for years to come.

How I enjoyed this devotional – like prayer guide. I used to struggle with daily prayers. This book helped me learn how to spend time in prayer. I love how it focused on various issues that most women can relate to. I also liked that it helped me pray and think about other women’s needs. Whenever I came across a prayer that I couldn’t relate to, I turned my mind to those who it touched on. For instance, last night was a prayer for women whose loved ones are in the military. It spoke to their anxieties and offered encouragement. It helped me think about these ladies and also pray for them.

I can’t imagine anyone reading this book and not having their prayer life strengthened. Highly recommended for all Christian women.
